Run the server setup.

Summary
The /setup command runs the server setup. This setup is optional, but includes various server settings to customize the functionality of Friend Time for your server.
Setup Your Server
1. Type /setup to start the setup process.
2. Enter the server's time zone.
If you are unsure which time zone to use, see the guide on finding time zones.
3. Confirm the server's time zone.
4. Enter the server's time format.
5. Enter whether you'd like auto-detect enabled or not for the server.
6. Enter whether you'd like the time zone list enabled or not for the server.
7. Enter whether you'd like reminders enabled or not for the server.
8. Enter the server's language.
9. The setup should now be complete.
